Job Purpose
Enable partnership governance and delivery by coordinating plans, MoUs, surveys and membership actions; aligning initiatives with RTA strategy; maintaining proactive partner communications and producing audit‑ready reports that drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across sectors and agencies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support preparation and development of the Partnership Management System (policies, processes, frameworks and systems) and coordinate its implementation roadmap with institutions and sectors.
- Translate RTA strategy into annual partnership plans, objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment across agencies and sectors.
- Coordinate partner identification with institutions/sectors to clarify objectives, mutual benefits and strategic fit.
- Plan and roll out awareness and guidance on partnership requirements, procedures and MoU protocols to internal stakeholders and representatives.
