The Opportunity

NCap Fintech is seeking an AI savvy senior COO or CTO to lead the design, build-out, integration and operational readiness of a next-generation digital investment and trading platform.

The platform is intended to support institutional and professional market use cases across P2P financing, crowdfunding, digital trustee arrangements, investment notes, private credit, unit trust, securities, blockchain-based instruments and multi-asset digital trading infrastructure .

This is a senior leadership role for candidates with proven experience in fintech platforms, regulated digital investment infrastructure, online trading systems, investor settlement workflows, trustee integration and cross-platform API architecture.
