Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap of the entire Enso platform.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system in Figma.
• Make data-driven decisions using metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards (PostHog).
• Coordinate product with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance.
• Start as a one‑man show and scale the team as Enso grows.
