Overview

Spectralink seeks a visionary and operationally excellent Chief Product Officer to lead the full lifecycle of our product portfolio. The CPO will serve as the architect of Spectralink’s product strategy, bridging market insight with engineering execution to deliver differentiated solutions that drive revenue growth and customer success.Two critical mandates for this role are the ownership, evolution, and consistent execution of Spectralink’s Product Operating Model — our structured framework that defines how we discover, define, develop, and deliver products at scale. The CPO will champion this model across the organization, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams at every stage of the product lifecycle.The other mandate is for the CPO to have demonstrated success being a bridge builder using influence, collaboration and vision to align the company.
