As our new **Global Program Development Manager** , you will lead end-to-end product development programs within our Idea to Market framework, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality delivery of business-critical offerings.

This role is based in Bjerringbro, with a requirement to be onsite at least three days per week.
