Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
  • Recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline Ҁ” e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics, embedded systems, or firmware
  • Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)
Computer Literacy:
  • MS Office (Proficient)
  • MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial)
