Bachelor's Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience.
Provides senior technical support within the Maintenance Control Centre, managing aircraft maintenance forecasting, work package preparation, and coordinating maintenance recommendations to all network stations.
Experience managing airline or MRO maintenance control functions.
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aircraft maintenance activities through the MCC to ensure fleet airworthiness, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and on-time aircraft availability.
Role provides technical leadership, manages maintenance control operations, and coordinates with maintenance bases, flight operations, engineering, planning, and supply chain teams.
