Overview

The role of Supervisor of the Crime Prevention Expertise Unit within the Police University College’s Education and Research division is to lead unit personnel and operations in accordance with the strategic objectives of the institution. The position covers criminal investigation and analysis, cybercrime prevention, and investigation management functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and coordinate unit operations to achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and renew the skills and competencies of unit staff.
• Develop the unit’s police activities and training programs.
• Maintain contact with the Police Board, police units, other authorities and stakeholders.
• Participate in teaching, expert activities, and RDI (Research, Development and Innovation) tasks as needed.
