The Role - Lead ~120 people across Engineering, QA, Architecture & Tech and drive a multi-year transformation
- Migrate majority of customers from legacy to cloud
- Modernize a highly customized B2B SaaS platform
- Embed AI capabilities
- Elevate engineering standards & delivery maturity
- Strengthen and evolve inherited teams
- Will challenge architecture and code quality (despite not coding daily)
