Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT leader who can actively drive the successful delivery, performance, and evolution of our IT function. This role combines strategic oversight with deep operational involvement - you will roll up your sleeves to guide architecture, strengthen engineering practices, and ensure secure, reliable, high-quality delivery across all technology initiatives. You will build and mentor technical teams, establish strong delivery and security frameworks, and partner closely with Product and business stakeholders to accelerate outcomes.

This is a critical role for someone who thrives in both leadership and execution, bringing technical depth, delivery discipline, and a security-first mindset to support the company's growth.

Candidates may be based anywhere in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland. The role will require regular travel to our office locations.
