Transitional Support Services provides trauma-informed and relationship-based care to children and youth through therapeutic group homes and outreach services. The young people we work with have often experienced trauma and loss, and may present with a wide range of adaptive behaviours.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Transitional Support Services, the Child and Youth Case Worker is responsible for the client related shift supervision of front line workers, as well as intensive support and therapeutic care of young persons who may present with behavioural, social, emotional or addiction issues, often related to adverse childhood experiences.
