Duties Description Under the general direction of the Native American Services Director, the position at the Tonawanda Indian Community House performs, but is not limited to the following;
• Directs, manages, and actively participates in all day-to-day operations at the Tonawanda Indian Community House. This includes Time and attendance tracking and approval, staff scheduling, and knowledge of human resources and labor relations.
• Build and maintain relationships with the Tonawanda Band of Seneca leadership, Tonawanda Indian Reservation Community Association, and Tonawanda community members.
• Participate in Office of Children and Family Services workgroups and committees as assigned.
• Works closely with the Office of Children and Family Services capital facilities to meet renovation and construction needs.
• Prepares reports, required documentation, and forms that require directors’ signature and/or approval.
