Senior Family Solicitor – Care Team

Salary : £55k - £75k per year

Working hours : Full-Time or Part-Time / Flexible hours available

Location : Exeter, Taunton, Weston‑Super‑Mare (hybrid working available)

The Role

You will manage your own caseload, while being supported by a highly experienced team of senior solicitors, newly qualified solicitors, trainees and paralegals.

Your role will include:

• Representing parents, family members and children in all aspects of public law proceedings across courts predominantly in the Southwest but also further afield
• Being willing to take instructions from competent children
• Private law children work available
• Conducting your own advocacy
• Maintaining professional accreditations
• Supervision of fellow fee earners
• Nurturing trainees
