About the Role

We are excited to announce the launch of a brand-new 2-bed children’s home in Blackpool, providing specialist care for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We are looking for a passionate and experienced Residential Children’s Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and make a real difference in children’s lives. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with Ofsted standards, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager in a children’s home
