Overview Job Title: Chinese Food Stall Chef
Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Based on Experience)
Location: Changi Airport
Work Schedule - 12-hour shift
- Monthly Rest Days: 6
Responsibilities - Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine, including stir-fried dishes and claypot specialties
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen hygiene standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Support inventory control and kitchen cleanliness
Requirements - At least 3 years of experience as a Chinese Chef
- Proficient in Chinese cooking techniques and wok frying
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
