岗位职责

• 教授初中阶段国际英语课程（如ESL、IGCSE、IB MYP等），融合中国国家教材知识点进行差异化教学。
• 设计跨文化主题课程，培养学生语言能力与批判性思维。
• 担任班主任（优先考虑），负责班级文化建设、家校沟通及学生生涯规划指导。
• 参与学科组教研活动，主导课程开发与评估体系优化（有学科组长经验者优先）。
• 运用ATL技能（如研究、沟通）设计项目式学习任务。

Job Responsibilities
