Responsibilities

• Participate in Performance Boost and way‑of‑working deployment at sites, as part of the CI AFEMEA central team.
• Learn Performance Boost principles and contribute to their application in the shopfloor.
• Support the design and planning of Performance Boost implementation and expansion.
• Support Site Performance Boost Leaders in their role.
