Title: Cinema Employee Level 3 - Supervisor

Position Overview:

• Competent in Levels 1 and 2.
• Provides supervision and assists with training levels 1 and 2 within a designated area.
• Current holder of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Supervises 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees within a designated area.
• A team leader appointed in a designated area, responsible for coordinating, organising and allocating work, materials, and equipment in an efficient and effective manner.
• Undertakes problem solving using knowledge and skills for this level. 
• Works to complex instructions and procedures and is responsible for work undertaken. 
• Delivers elevated customer service while executing a diverse range of tasks related to supporting the operation of an entertainment complex.
