The Civil Contracts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Civil Contracts Manager with the execution, procurement, preparation, and administration on various levels of civil, survey, piling, retaining, abatement, and demolition contracts.

 

Your contributions to the team include:

+ Obtain insurance, WCB, and pertinent documents from awarded subcontractors.

+ Draft and administer subcontracts.

+ Manage progress draws and payment documentation.

+ Apply civil construction technical knowledge to support project execution.

+ Reconcile and process monthly claims, liaising with field personnel, preparing and certifying claims.
