We have an immediate need for a Civil Designer in the Greensboro, NC area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and estimated to go direct within 6 months. 




Job description:

Design of commercial land development projects.

Perform all aspects of site design including site layout, number crunching, calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, storm water management and erosion and sedimentation control projects.

Work with clients and team members on all aspects of a project – schematic design through construction administration.

Required:

Minimum of 2 years work-related experience.

Proficient in Civil 3D

Experience in all aspects of site design including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, storm water management and erosion and sedimentation control.

Preferred:

Experience with commercial projects.
