Overview

In response to increasing project demands and development of our business, we are seeking a Civil Engineer to join AtkinsRéalis to support our team in Alberta. This position will be based out of our office in Calgary.

Responsibilities

• Geometric design for a variety of road and highway infrastructure projects.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed design packages for multidisciplinary projects including plans, profiles, typical cross‑sections, grading and drainage, property acquisitions, geometrics and laning, spot elevations, signing and pavement markings, detours and construction staging.
• Prepare 3D digital models of the proposed design.
• Develop cost estimates based on quantity take‑offs and unit prices.
• Review work and complete quality control procedures.
