Provide relevant inputs, recommendations, and necessary information to support the establishment of new Branches or Branch Lite Units (BLUs) and relocation sites.
Responsible for coordinating with Branch Banking Groups (BBGs) on the submission of required Circular 44 documents, including conducting site visits to proposed locations to secure required documents.
Monitoring the status and progress of all ongoing Branch Banking Sector (BBS) construction projects - new establishments, relocation and major renovations.
Provide proactive assistance and coordination with BBGs/Branches in addressing issues and concerns related to branch expansion activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related courses
1 - 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
