To supervise and ensure high‑quality execution of civil and structural works, including RCC, formwork, finishing, waterproofing, and external works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Monitor all civil & structural works as per approved drawings. Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, concrete quality, curing, and structural elements. Coordinate with contractors for sequencing of high‑rise RCC works.
