POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

The Civil Lead General Superintendent provides overall leadership, coordination, and direction for all civil field operations within the division. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, sequencing, execution, and performance of field activities across multiple utility-scale solar and renewable projects.

This role ensures consistent field delivery aligned with company objectives for safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. The Civil Lead General Superintendent plays a key role in developing field leadership capabilities, implementing standardized best practices, and driving continuous improvement across all project sites. The position partners closely with Project Management, Preconstruction, Subcontractors, and Engineering teams to enhance constructability planning, resource forecasting, workforce planning and operational scalability across regions.
