Responsibilities: Lead the estimating function on large, complex civil construction projects

Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs to assess project requirements and risks

Manage proposal work plans to develop competitive and compliant bids

Support business development and pursuit strategy initiatives

Coordinate with owners, designers, JV/alliance partners, and internal teams
