Weston & Sampson is seeking a technically strong civil/site engineer to join our Fort Myers, Florida office. This role is ideal for an engineer with solid Florida stormwater, land development, and permitting experience who is looking to grow with an expanding Florida practice and take on increasing technical responsibility. We are open to candidates with approximately 6–8+ years of experience, but will also consider strong 4–6 year candidates with demonstrated Florida-specific expertise who are ready to step into a larger role.


What you’ll do:

+ Prepare site layouts, grading plans, utility plans, and drainage designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

+ Lead Florida stormwater management design, including analysis, modeling, and preparation of supporting calculations and reports.

+ Use the StormWise/ICPR4 program to model pre-development and post-development stormwater site conditions to achieve regulatory compliance.
