CIVIL SOLUTIONS ESTIMATOR

The role

As a part of the Civil team, the Civil Solutions Estimator will contribute to the production and execution of Civil Solution tenders and projects.

Further, the successful candidate will:

• Work with the engineering team to analyse tender requirements, develop technical solutions and develop a Bill of Materials.
• Assist Supply Chain with developing Statements of Works for subcontractors, preparing RFP and analysing tender responses from subcontractors
• Supply the BOM to Supply Chain and assist with obtaining and analysing quotes from suppliers
• Gather estimates for labour, subcontracting and materials and enter into the pricing tool.
• Assist in risk workshops and enter risk provisions into pricing tool.
• Produce cash flow and payment schedules
• Produce pricing data in the RFT format
• Assist in the development of the tender returnable
