Position Overview

Business Growth & Lead Generation: Identify and secure new infrastructure, construction, and design projects. 
Market Research: Analyze target markets, evaluate potential projects (government/private), and analyze competitors. 
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders to gain new business. 
Proposal Development: Prepare technical proposals, expressions of interest (EOI), and pre-qualification documents. 
Strategy & Collaboration: Work with engineering technical teams to develop project strategies and align technical capabilities with client needs.
