What You'll Do Here

Participate in bid review processes to verify estimated production, constructability, and quantities. Lead field execution of civil scopes with a strong emphasis on concrete works, earthworks, and underground utilities. Review and interpret shop drawings, IFC drawings, rebar drawings, and specifications to ensure work is executed accurately. Oversee and coordinate civil work activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Monitor and interpret concrete and soils testing (e.g., slump, air content, compressive strength results, compaction testing) and take corrective action as required. Work with EHS representatives to create and enforce project/site‑specific safety programs and policies. Maintain a positive project culture, supporting team engagement and performance through regular communication and mentorship.
