We are looking for a talented and driven Customer Journey Expert (CJE) to drive growth across the full customer lifecycle for Business Banking Spain .
Reporting to the Business Banking Digital Growth Lead, your scope covers customer acquisition, engagement, cross‑sell, and retention , ensuring that customers not only join ING, but quickly realize value and deepen their relationship over time.
Beyond running and optimizing existing journeys as of going-live, you will play a key role in preparing the acquisition, engagement, cross‑sell, and retention ecosystem to successfully launch our new BuBa value proposition .
