To review claim notification emails sent from branch offices via DC system on a daily basis.
To verify the claim reports submitted by branches, ensuring that all claims conform to the conditions set by the DC for product acceptance.
To send detailed claim information (excess quantities, shortages, damages) through the Claim Investigation program to relevant departments daily, to investigate and identify root causes.
To liaise with internal and external departments to gather useful information supporting organizational operations and to meet customer needs.
To request shipment release by email notification to Makro in cases where claimed products are received at the DC, allowing the shipment to be reopened for branch redistribution.
Requirements
Experienced in Warehouse Operation background is preferrable
Good communication in Thai
