This role offers the chance to lead a specialist Claims Against Public Authorities (CAPA) team within a nationally recognised practice known for its commitment to access to justice and high-quality claimant work. You will play a key role in supervising and developing a team of solicitors, fee earners, and support staff, while continuing to handle a reduced caseload of complex and sensitive matters. The successful candidate will help shape the future direction of the team, ensuring excellent client service, strong operational performance, and compliance with Legal Aid and regulatory requirements.
