Position Responsibilities:
Process and adjudicate death claims for Annuity contracts, including assessment, calculation of benefits, and final claims decisions within established authority levels.Review policy contracts, beneficiary information, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely claim settlements and fund distributions.Identify and investigate complex, unusual, contested, fraudulent, or rival claims, partnering with Legal and internal stakeholders as needed.Communicate with beneficiaries, advisors, executors, lawyers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries, obtain requirements, and provide claims-related guidance.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, service standards, and unclaimed property guidelines while maintaining operational accuracy and quality.Support continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job training while delivering exceptional cus...
