As a Cover Assessor you are responsible for assessing claims to make cover decisions in accordance with relevant legislation and medical information. You will be gathering information from a wide variety of sources, contacting employers, providers, medical specialists, and clients to be able to make sound decisions on cover. There are multiple areas of Cover that you can learn:

• Work Related Gradual Process


• Treatment Injury


• Mental Injury


• Hearing Loss


• Accidental Death

As a Treatment & Support Assessor you are responsible for assessing requests for treatments and/or supports on claims.
