A well-established international company specialising in travel and insurance services for European clients is seeking a German-speaking Claims Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town CBD.

Requirements

• German fluency
• Professional experience using German (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
• Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be advantageous
• German language proficiency certificate (B2 or higher) must be included in your application

Duties

• Handling medical and travel insurance claims
• Responding to email enquiries
• Managing claims from start to finish
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working within a multilingual team
