**About the Role:**
Kelly® is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our team onsite, supporting a top luxury eyewear retailer. The ideal candidate will work at the Cincinnati Service Center in Mason, OH. This is a temporary assignment with competitive pay, supporting the Collections team and ensuring claims and payments are accurately managed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage the ATB (Aged Trial Balance) process to improve collection rates, reduce bad debt, and assist in meeting quarterly reserve risk goals.
+ Research, review, and resolve outstanding claims using internal queries and tools.
