• Process and route claim submissions to the relevant team for assessment.
• Respond to customers and representatives on claim-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
• Support follow-up calls to explain claim outcomes when required.
• Manage appeals, feedback, and complaints, escalating complex cases where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
