Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties to manage and resolve claims efficientlyPreparing and presenting claims documentation to underwriters and responding to queriesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systemsSupporting the negotiation of claims settlements to achieve the best outcomes for clientsQualifications required:
Educated to A-Level standard (grades A–C or equivalent)Progression toward professional qualifications is desirable but not essentialExperience required:
Ideally has some experience in a claims role, particularly within an international broker (though not essential)Understands the general principles of insurance and the claims-handling processFamiliar with London market operations (Lloyd’s and company markets)
