The Role

You'll handle third-party motor claims from first notification through to settlement, taking ownership of liability decisions and driving claims forward with pace and accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of third-party motor claims end-to-end
• Investigating liability and making informed decisions
• Handling third-party damage and injury claims
• Negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcome
• Communicating with claimants, insurers, and legal representatives
• Ensuring claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with great service
