Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a legal marketing client of ours in identifying Claims Investigators for net new openings they have. The position is part of the Case Management department working on all phases of injury claims. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and follow-ups with claimants or their representative who are victims of defective drugs or devices, environmental contamination, or have a general personal injury claim
• Conducts pre-litigation investigations, aspects of discovery work, reviewing records, drafting correspondence, analytical work, and updates, follows and guides claimant through the pre-litigation process
• Coordinating and following up on the retrieval of claimant’s records.
• Review medical records, annotating records following our robust bookmarking procedures
• Point of contact for your claimants, providing updates to their claim
