Job Purpose

To champion clients through complex Financial Lines claims, delivering expert guidance, strong advocacy, and optimal outcomes. The role also partners with broking teams to shape smarter risk solutions and enhance the value we bring to our client.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing Professional & Executive Risks claims portfolios, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Cyber Liability, Crime/Fidelity, Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Medical Malpractice, Financial Institutions (FI).
• Acting as the main liaison between clients, insurers, lawyers, forensic experts, and adjusters throughout the claims process.
