As Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing procedures and preventive measures; evaluating and processing of claims and initiating continuous process enhancement of claims management.

What you’ll do (your mission)

• Ensures accurate and timely adjudication and settlement of claims and other cargo related complaints filed by clients.
• Certifies correctness of claims investigation report. Validates rightful claimant party, amount of claim, completeness and correctness of documents, correct entries in the CIR, correct charges and account codes.
• Responsible for screening and validating insurance related claims and facilitate coordination to Insurer, Insurance Brokers and Surveyor / Adjusters.
