+ Stage units in the warehouse and load and unload trailers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
+ Ensure all units are properly banded and that each unit has a clear, visible load tag before loading.
+ Inspect units to confirm there are no broken or missing straps prior to loading or unloading.
+ Perform final visual quality inspections on all items being loaded and unloaded, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
+ Verify that unit counts and truck or carrier counts are accurate and match shipping documents.
+ Review and ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and properly processed for each load.
+ Follow all safety and company policies and immediately report any issues, accidents, or incidents.
