Class 2 Driver - Commercial Waste Collections
Location: Tonbridge (TN9 1PP)
Assignment: Ongoing Temporary (Minimum 3 Months - Likely Longer)
Pay: £14.50 per hour (rising to £15.20 after 12 weeks)

The Role

Operating a rear-loader waste collection vehicle, collecting commercial waste from a range of customers. This includes handling 240L to 1100L bins. The role is primarily single-man operations following training. You will work efficiently to complete daily routes and provide reliable service.

Training

Full PPE and training will be provided. You will complete an initial 4-week buddy period, working alongside an experienced driver to learn routes and procedures.

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday. 04:00am to 14:00pm with a 45-minute break. Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours pay per day. Optional overtime available at weekends.
