  Compensation: $1,000–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles/pay tier); per-mile pay $0.56–$0.64. Trainee pay: $650 per week (typical 4–6 weeks). Additional pay: $25 stop pay and $25 short-haul pay. Monthly performance bonus up to $0.06/mi for drivers exceeding 8,200 miles in a month while meeting safety and fuel-efficiency criteria.
