POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains facility in a state of good repair. Maintains the facility in a clean and sanitary condition.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Maintains a clean, sanitary environment. Sweeps and mops floors, vacuum rugs, cleans windows, dusts and polishes furniture and cleans bathrooms as indicated in the facility maintenance to do list.
