Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Cleaning Services Manager to lead and elevate cleaning operations across our growing remote Western Australian village portfolio.

This is a key leadership role within our Village Operations team, critical to maintaining exceptional service standards, strong client relationships, and a high-performing safety culture across multiple sites.

Operating on a full-time Monday to Friday roster, you will travel frequently to remote villages throughout Western Australia, partnering closely with site leaders and frontline teams to drive operational excellence and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality cleaning services across housekeeping, general facilities, and mine site environments.
