Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee all cleaning staff on allocated sites
  • Manage inventory on sites (stocktake, procuring & delivery)
  • Ensure that a first‑class cleaning service is delivered to multiple sites
  • Carry out cleaning works to bolster team efficiency
  • Plan, review and conduct work schedules for cleaners
  • Build good rapport with clients
  • Train and guide new cleaners in accordance with company standards
  • Ensure all safety measures are adhered to on site
  • Recruit manpower
  • Resolve and manage incidents
  • Handle administrative matters (hardcopy & softcopy)
Job Requirements
  • Minimally possess 2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimally possess a Class 3 driving licence
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to contribute to operational improvement
