Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of 9 cleaners across two shifts to maintain operational efficiency
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs and perform quality checks to ensure cleaning standards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring to optimize workforce productivity
- Liaise professionally with the client’s facilities team to address operational needs and feedback
- Oversee stock and equipment management to maintain adequate supplies and functionality
- Ensure strict compliance with cleaning SOPs and safety standards to uphold workplace safety
- Report daily operational updates and issues to the Operations Director for timely decision-making
