Cleaning Team Leader Lead a cleaning team on‑site and ensure consistent, high‑quality results day to day.
You will: - Lead, guide and motivate a cleaning team across the daily service windows.
- Allocate and supervise daily tasks; check work against the required standards.
- Train staff on cleaning methods, equipment use and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all assigned areas.
- Manage supplies, equipment and stock levels.
- Resolve day‑to‑day issues and help improve work processes.
- Uphold safety, hygiene and (where applicable) discretion at all times.
